Biography

In 2016, Angel retired the blog as well as from taking photos professionally. He now works full-time in the film and TV industry with a focus on outdoor adventure and nature conservancy projects, and telling black and brown stories from rural America. 

 
His fashion and photography credentials include being the fashion columnist for The Roanoke Times from 2011-2014, the Fashion editor-at-large for The Roanoker Magazine in 2014. Angel was also the official street style photographer for Charleston Fashion Week  in 2013 & 2014. His work has been featured on The Daily South, Who Wear What, The Huffington Post, luckymag.com and numerous other online and print publications.
